      Our Return & Exchange Policy is applicable only to products that have any manufacturing defects. If the product(s) you have received is damaged/defective, please contact us at win@ten10racing.com with a photo of the product(s) within 48 hours of delivery of the product.

      If there is a defect then please ensure that:

      ● The product is received by us in re-saleable condition.

      How to return the product

      When you return the damaged/defective product(s), please use only Blue Dart or Fedex courier service. If you use different carriers we cannot be held responsible for any further damage or loss to products purchased.

      The cost of return shipping charges is to be borne by you.

      If the damaged/defective product(s) returned is in stock, it will be replaced within 15 working days of receiving the product from you.

      Please bear with us if product(s) returns take longer than expected as our inventory is curated from across the globe therefore we would have to re import any returned product(s).

      Each cash back point is equivalent to 1 Rupee so if you have accumulated 2000 cash back points it is equal to Rs. 2000.

      How long do I have to redeem my points?

      We adopt 3D authentication in addition to authentication by security code when you purchase with your credit card, so you have nothing to worry about.       Security Code

      We adopt authentication by security code when you purchase with your credit card, so that you are able to shop safely. The security code is a 3 or 4-digit number on the back of your credit card that is printed separately from the credit card number.

      3D Secure

      3D Secure is an authentication scheme recommended by VISA and Mastercard for the purpose of preventing unauthorized use (spoofing) of a credit card by a third party trying to settle transaction with your credit card. An authentication will be done by entering 3D secure ID and password in addition to the credit card number, expiration date, security code.
