I use this carb on my bike 125cc. I.was very happy. Recently i have an issue. When i start my bike i try to throttle a little and my bike the carb, is choking. I can not accelarate smoothly. Only when the engine is hot enought the carb runs better. And also i cannot find needle set pilot jet and the smaller jet in the site to change it. The fuel mixing and air i try to adjust it but it didnt help much. Any suggestions will be very usefull cause i dont want to change the carb cause is to expensive. Also if u have needle set for the specific carb please let me know. Thanks.

When using it on the KSR110, nothing is wrong except in winter.
I used it on the KSR110
I think it's a good large size carburetor for KSR110, the setting comes out rather quickly, and it can run happily in spring, summer and autumn without any problem.
However, in the winter, since the Carburetor Heater can't be installed, it may not be able to vaporize the gasoline properly due to the cold weather.
I think I could probably get away with thickening the Gasoline or attaching the HeaterPanel to the carburetorBody, but I don't think I'd go that far.

Manufacturer's answer was wrong

- Because it is a product of our company, you should make an accurate answer.
- Because it is a mistake on the Manufacturer side, why should User bear the shipping fee from us?
