I was asked to install this switch on a vehicle owned by an acquaintance and used it as a hazard switch. The width of the SwitchBody is about 13mm, which is very slim, and I think it's a great product for vehicles with tight installation spaces. I did the installation myself, so I'll list the good and bad points below, including the work involved.
It was good point It is very slim, so there are few restrictions on installation space. The part where the wiring comes out of the switch is also nicely designed, including the clamp part of the switch, so it looks very good. The Seesaw part of the Switch is large and easy to operate. I felt it was easy to operate even when I was wearing thick Winter Gloves. The Switch has a moderate sense of moderation and a good sense of control.
Points that were not so good The Handlebar is compatible with both 22.2mm and 25.4mm bars, so if you are using it on a 22.2mm bar vehicle, you will need to insert the rubber plate that comes with the clamp to adjust the size. However, the rubber plate reduces the quality of the appearance, and the squishy feeling of the rubber plate is felt in the operability.
General review I think it's a great product because it's one of the few universal switches that is so thin and has a texture that can be used for a wide range of products from miniclass to large. I think it's difficult to divide the product by Handlebar diameter, but I think the Handlebar diameter used is overwhelmingly 22.2mm, so there is room for improvement in this area, such as the materials used for size adjustment. As an end user, I think that if you use the 22.2mm Handlebar, you will be very satisfied with the results if you use a harder material to adjust the Size.View Detail
Blinker relay with Hazard Function by the same Daytona I bought it for Hazard's Switch because I replaced it with the Type of
I installed a thin USBHolder from the same Daytona last year, so I had to worry about it We were able to install it without any problems Initially, the switch box and the Clutch lever on the LeftHandlebar between the Handlebar and the Holder, but I don't want to let go of the Handlebar to operate it while it's running So I finally relocated it between the Switch box and Grip
It feels like a Snap and could be a bit lighter in use I am generally satisfied with the service The price point is more expensive if you look at Amazon and other Chinese products, but I don't want it to be fragile either and I don't want to spoil the operability around the Handlebar, so I think it's an acceptable price (^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Personally, I ride a motorcycle called Buell, which is a domestic There are few opportunities to use Universal Products, so we use parts from Japan I'm happy to be able to do thisView Detail
Set up on the Left end of the Handlebar, no problem operating it! I drove it once in the rain and it looks fine It's a cohesive Switch that doesn't take up a lot of space It is used for W650View Detail
With the addition of Hazard to the 250TR, I bought a Chinese Universal Switch, but The Clutch lever can be piped when it is installed next to the wide Silencer Switch I bought this product with a narrower width because it hangs over the bend in the Handlebar The installation itself can be pimped out, but Ky's added the following modifications Additional processing Cut the width of the attached RubberSpacer to be flush with the Switch → to narrow down the width of the game as much as possible ・WiringQuantity:2pc to 1pc with Harness tube (https://www.webike.net/sd/23394541/) →Body to Quantity:There's a 2pc Cable out there, but it's cluttered and It doesn't look good, and also because it looks like it might get caught when you pull it around
The price is a bit high, but I'm satisfied with the appearance (after additional processing) and ease of installationView Detail
When purchasing your own Hazard in CBR 250R, purchased as an active switch and purchased Grom this time, I installed my own Hazard on Grom and purchased it as its working Switch.
Slim Body is easy to install with no choice of installation location.
However, as I felt last time, when I installed the Switch, I wanted to pinch the Rubber sheet in the Handlebar, making it difficult to pinch it, It is more convenient to work in this part if you make it Round shape.
I feel that the price is a little expensive ? ? ?View Detail
