This is a set for the Ninja 650 of a customer who wanted to add a little more protection to the casing of their bike. I have personally used GBRacing many times in the past for both my bike and customers bikes and know they are second to none for protection of you beloved. Finding the correct set was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to be sure I did not write the wrong number down. Really good price for this set from Webike and pretty much the same as I could source locally here in the UK. Yes, you can get other manfacturers who make sets like these but I have my own experience of how well these perform in the event of an off. They do take a good beating but essentially, these are to protect you casing. They also look really cool too. For all you get in this kit, the value for money is brilliant, 3 pieces in total and one of the best set of bolts you could ask for. There is the alternator cover and clutch cover and finally the pulse cover. Great price for a 3 piece set. The composite is not just plastic like some of the other kits you can buy, they have a percentage of fibre too for strength and durability. GBRacing have really done their homework here and I can confirm the durability is epic. All was packed out really well and even the small pieces were protected during transit. Upon opening the set box, I was really happy to find all was present and correct, the right amount of bolts etc is always a bonus. Having had previous experience in fitting these, it was a piece of cake. It's pretty much the same for each model anyway. Take your time, set out the individual covers and allocated bolts and it's alot easier than fumbling for the right bolt. The customer is really pleased with this kit and to be honest, I am too. Because this bike had a bit of an accident and was getting rebuilt, the customer asked if there was anything else they could add which would help protect it against any further mishaps. I do tend to suggest that GBRacing engine kits are the way to go and this was the case here. Finding the right set was not hard as I just used the search function on Webike and then for my own peace of mind, I cross referenced with GBRacing website. With a few other smaller parts in my order, I had them all shipped together to save on costs and all arrived safely via EMS in 5 days from being shipped. The box all arrived well padded and the covers were in their own little GBRacing packets anyway. This set comprised of just the generator cover and the clutch cover which is more than sufficient for this bike and how small it is. The covers are made of some kind of composite and not just plain old plastic like a lot of other companies use. These are tough puppies and do withstand a good knock and or scrape down the road. They really are the mutts nuts when it comes to engine protection. All the necessary parts needed were aleady in the packets so there is no need to go hunting for specific bolts etc. You can feel the quality of these covers from both outside and inside. There is even a nice little GBRacing logo perched inside a cut out on the covers. Good touch. The fitting was pretty straight forward. Just take your time and make sure you have everything at hand before you start and you will have no issues. This set was purchsed for the a newish R6 that a customer wanted to try and keep the bike from any damage in case of an accident. Obviously, this is a really good idea as you just never know what minght happen on the roads. Finding the right set was not too difficult as I just added my bike model and details to the search on GBRacing website and this came up. This set does include the pulse cover, the clutch cover and also more inportantly the generator cover. The price of this set was cheaper than if you purchased them all separately so made perfect sende to get the set. Webike price was slightly better thamn I could source locally but these were not actually in stock at the UK supplier at the time I needed them. I chose as my preferred courier EMS, I use them as they get the orders to me fast and safely with no stress. The order arrived with me in 5 days from being shipped which is awesome. All the covers in the set were individually packaged and then inside a large sealed bag. The finish on these covers is really eye catching, even down to the name plate GBRacing on the sides of each cover. The packets all included every piece you need to attach including the spacers where needed. The composition of these is definitely not just plastic and upon further investigations by myself they are proven to withhold a lot more stress than a lot of other brands in this same category. Fitting was really straight forward as you also get a comprehensive set of instructions per cover. These do look excellent and I am confident in them. As for the customer, they are really pleased. This was a customers bike that came in for a service. Mainly, new air filter element and oil filter and oil change. Not really much goes wrong with these bikes, they really are built to last. Anyway, finding the right parts for this bike was straight forward and I used the help tools Webike provide and cross referenced with Honda schematics to make sure. The price for the element was excellent and better than could be sourced locally. I had a few other parts for other bikes in my order and got them all shipped using my favourite courier, EMS. The price for the shipping is really good and my order arrived in 5 days. The element arrived in the Honda packet and was wrapped in packaging really well. Not really much to look at but the quality is plain to see from Honda . I know this will help the bike's performance a great deal as it was running pretty poor with the state of the old element. This was a part that was needed for the Virago that came in. This was in need of a new o-ring for the oil filter that I always replace when changing the oil filter. It just makes sense. I did not know the history of this bike and with checking the old o-ring, it certainly needed a new one. I found the right o-ring by using the tools Webike provide on their help section and then cross referencing with Yamaha schematics for my own peace of mind. I did have a couple of other parts I needed to order so I just got them all at the same time. My preferred courier is EMS as they just get the orders to me fast and efficiently. In 5 days from being shipped the order arrived. Everything was well packaged and no damage at all. Even the smaller parts were packed in bubble wrap for safety. This o-ring was inside the standard Yamaha packet and was in perfect condition. The quality is brilliant. It is a nicely made o-ring and there were no extra bits of rubber attached like you get with some after market brands. I double checked the diameter and it was exactly as it should be. I wipe a little oil on the o-ring in this section as it helps to stop from pinching or breaking the new o-ring upon install. This is an off roader that I do get into the shop from time to time. This time the forks needed sorting out. Pretty much a rebuild with a few parts I could not source locally. This being one of them, the bush guide. Finding the right part for this model was pretty easy as I used the tools Webike provide and then cross referenced with Honda schematics for my own peace of mind. The guides were really good value and far better than I thought they would be. Nice surprise there. I did have some other parts for other bikes I needed to order, so I got them all shipped together using EMS as my chosen courier. In a matter of 5 days from being shipped, the order was delivered. The bush guides were well packaged and came in a bubble wrap envelope to keep them safe. They also came in the standard Honda packet so you know they are genuine. As for the quality of the guides, if I put them next to the old ones, they are worlds apart. The edges are smooth and very well machined. The specifications are exactly as expected. The final part of the protection job for the ZX-6R 2012, this last part is the starter cover. There are some pretty important parts behind the standard starter cover so this is a must to finish off the protection job. Although it is a small piece, it does an important job. Even though I have the generator cover and the clutch cover, I had to get this one too to make the bike look complete. I cross referenced the part numbers with GBRacing website to make sure I had the right one for the ZX-6R. The cost that Webike sell for is really good and around the same as I could source locally. I could not tell you for sure what exactly the composite of these covers is but they have fibre and plastic from what I have read.GBRacing have made a composite of the materials to be durable, long lasting and take a good beating if they need to and yet, still protect the bike. They also look really cool. When I got the packages, the pulse cover looks amazing. The finish is a smooth satin black with some great detail in the logo and lettering looks really cool, especially with the BSB logo on too. Install took around an hour for all 3 covers so not a hard job and anyone can do it. Just remove the bolts stated in the instructions and replace with the ones proveided in the packet. Super simple. End result is awesome. Very pleased with how it all looks and now I do not have to worry about damaging anything. Thank you Webike, great help. View Detail

This is the second cover for the ZX-6R 2012, the clutch cover specifically. Yet another large cover for a large casing. This is the second cover I have purchased for the ZX-6R. I know GBRacing is a top quality brand as I have used their products many times before. These covers are excellent and add a massive amount of protection to the bike. If you care for your bike, get these.Finding the correct cover was really easy as Webike do list all the models these kits fit. I also cross checked this with GBRacing website just to make sure.These covers along with all their others are made with a composite of fibre and plastic, I am unsure of exactly what they are but they are extremely durable and do what they say they do. You could probably get other brands for better prices but why risk your bike for the sake of a few pouunds when having to buy a new clutch casing is going to be a heck of a lot more. The price from Webike was really competitive and I know they deliver the orders in super quick time anyway. Easy choice to make.The covers all arrived in perfect condition. Packed really well and no damage to anything. This cover is a large piece and needs to be 100% perfect which it is. The finish is smooth and clean and a nice sheen sating black with great silver logo and lettering inclusing the BSB logo. Goes really well with the bike already. Fitting was really easy and it is just remove the old bolts specified in the instructions and replace eith the provided ones in the packet. They are slightly longer bolts as they have to accommodate the cover thickness too. Took around an hour to fit the 3 covers I purchased for the ZX-6R.Now there is no need to worry about damaging the clutch casing now with this cover installed.
