[Usage] TZr250R (3XV・STDMODEL) I used it for the Front forkOverhaul of When I was researching on the OEM Product number, I found that this was a compatible product that I could use, so I bought it.
Was the one you received as per Image? Even though it is in the compatible car models, I was worried about whether it would really work until I tried it, but there was no problem. It's amazing that each of them are compatible with each other in the FOR JAPAN MODEL4Manufacturer's Fork seal of the compatible car models.
[Installed and used]. I used it for the Front fork of 3XV1. (Please note that some diameters are different for RS and SP) Items that came with the vehicle when it was purchased. (Perhaps OEM?). I compared it to the one I used in the past, and of course, it had the same outer diameter, inner diameter, and thickness. After the replacement, the oil leak has stopped and it is doing its job well. The front fork overhaul of the TZr250R requires a special tool, but if you make your own, it is inexpensive and not that difficult to do even for the first time.
(Points to be noted, etc.) It is important to check the orientation of the oil seal before replacing it. The one with the part number stamped on it is the Dust Seal side, and the one with the deeper groove is the Fork oil side. This product is also available in Quantity:Quantity for 1pc.:2pc. Set purchase is required.
[Products compared, etc.] TZr250R OEMFront fork seal (3XV-23145-00) is 1pc.1,826 yen as of January 2022, so we were able to keep it relatively inexpensive.
【Review】 I think this oil seal is cheaper than OEM Parts and has the same quality as OEM. I don't know how durable it is yet, but the material is almost the same as the OEM, so I don't think there is much difference.
The bike had leaking seals and these were getting replaced. I decided to go for the genuine Yamaha ones as they are brilliant and never failed me yet. They were also a really good price and better than I could get. The correct ones were easy to find and these do fit a lot of other models from Yamaha. I used a cross reference on Yamaha schematicsc and the tools Webike provide on their help pages. Super easy, really. I already had a few other parts in my order so the shipping was great value. All arrived with me in 5 days. Packaged superbly, bubble wrapped and neatly stacked. The oild seasl came in their own little packet and these were free from oily residue unlike some I have had in the past. A good feel to these seals and flexible enough to manouvre into place. Front fork oil leakage was found and replaced. SA16J is not listed as a compatible car model, but I was able to install it without any problems.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
